Job Summary
  • This role involves providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for product teams.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with product managers.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary for accuracy and clarity.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Manage and improve financial models and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with Financial Control and Business Support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen controls.
Requirements
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Be driven, detail-oriented, and capable of producing accurate work under pressure.
  • Be willing to pursue professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA.
  • Have excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Possess a collaborative mindset with professionalism and a continuous improvement attitude, ideally with FP&A experience.
