  • Payroll Computation and Reporting: Responsible for accurate computation and reporting of payroll, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
  • Cash Advance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of cash advances and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain Accurate 201 Files: Ensure all 201 files are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
  • File, Process and Deduct SSS, PHIC and HDMF Premiums and Loans: Handle the processing of premiums and loans for SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.
  • Implement HR Policies: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • Male or female
  • Not more than 35 years old
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong, on-site
  • Willing to travel for processing of SSS, PHIC, and HDMF
  • At least 2 years working experience as Payroll Officer
  • Computer literate
  • Reliable, resourceful, and trustworthy

Salary Range: PHP 560-700 per day depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm
