Job Summary:

Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, secure and well-maintained.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all facilities equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all facilities meet health and safety standards and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address any issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Registered Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics etc)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
