Job Overview

The Go-To-Market Lead plays a pivotal role in streamlining the onboarding process for new product listings onto our Content Management System and Amazon platform during their initial launch phase.

This position requires an independent contractor with a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to handle multiple projects, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Utilize Monday.com to prioritize tasks and update progress in real-time. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure new product launch projects remain on track.
  • Content/Listing Uploads: Upload listing content to our Content Management System. Utilize flat files to upload standalone and variated new catalog items to Amazon, ensuring key listing areas (including category, pricing, creative assets, technical product details) are accurate.
  • Listing Troubleshooting: Handle all aspects of listing troubleshooting for new product launches, including suppressed listings and resolving image and content issues. Ensure all listings comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines for visibility and mitigate any potential litigation risk.

The GTM Lead will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful product launches and provide exceptional customer service.
