Business Outcomes Strategist

The ideal candidate will drive business results across a wide range of product initiatives. As a key player in the Business Strategy & Growth Team, you'll champion strategic goals and translate them into actionable product outcomes.

Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, launching and refining campaigns or features to improve user engagement, creating business cases and success metrics for proposed initiatives, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams and overall business objectives, and presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Success metrics will be based on conversion rates, retention, churn reduction, and user engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, or business analysis roles, as well as strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, experience working with cross-functional business teams, and the ability to use data to support decision-making and drive results.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and flexible, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly professional, detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives that drive business results
    • Analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and user experience enhancements
    • Launch and refine campaigns or features to improve conversion, retention, and engagement
    • Translate strategic goals into actionable product outcomes
    • Create business cases and success metrics for proposed initiatives
    • Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and overall business objectives
    • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership
    • Track performance post-launch and iterate based on data
    • Coordinate go-to-market strategies with Marketing, Sales, and Support
    • Influence product roadmap through business-focused insights
