Product Presentation Specialist Job Description

The Product Presentation Specialist is responsible for the visual and informational presentation of products on our website. This includes creating compelling product descriptions, optimizing product data, and enriching product attributes to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality product content that meets our brand's guidelines and standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely product launches.
  • Conduct site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source product information from various locations and ensure accuracy across all product detail pages.
  • Manage product inventory and tracking to prevent errors and maintain a smooth customer journey.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of accurate product information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce product presentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • All product content is complete, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Products are merchandised correctly and edited regularly to ensure optimal visibility.
  • Products are launched on time for seasonal events and trade activities.
  • Site validations are completed prior to key sales events to minimize errors.
  • Average order value and conversion rate are increased through effective product presentation.
