Job Opportunity: Accounting Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting to support business operations in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play a dual role—providing high-level administrative support while also owning critical accounting functions, particularly accounts payable and receivable management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support functions:
    • Coordinate travel, research, and office tasks
    • Provide general administrative support and project coordination
    • Support executive tasks as needed
  • Perform accounting/finance support functions:
    • Track, reconcile, and follow up on incoming payments (accounts receivable)
    • Maintain financial records, track expense reports, and prepare basic reports
    • Work with internal accounting systems and software to ensure timely and accurate reporting
    • Collaborate with management to ensure data integrity and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience working with international teams or offshore environments
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong English fluency (spoken and written); neutral accent preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently
