Accounting Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, client communication, and document management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Document Management & Client Support

  • System & Data Management

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting administration or professional services, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with experience using accounting software such as Xero and WorkflowMax/XPM.

Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Strong knowledge and experience in at least one accounting software
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
