Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO Peer Groups. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for filtering and prioritizing client communications, drafting and editing emails, memos, and other communications. They will also maintain comprehensive and accurate records of communications and tasks, manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

In addition, the candidate will organize and prepare meetings, send reminders, book venues, and arrange catering as needed. They will also answer phone calls in a polite, professional manner and perform minor accounting tasks, including expense tracking and reporting.

The qualified candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, technical expertise required, experience with light social media and online engagement, and demonstrated expertise in supporting executives, including high-level calendar and email management.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in data management, analytics, and report preparation, proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, and comfortable working in an autonomous environment.
