  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our online programs, courses, and memberships.">

Your Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Set up each program in Kajabi, including modules, emails, automations, tagging, and access dates.">
  3. Manage the weekly content drip and communications with participants.">
  4. Handle participant enrollment, tagging, survey tracking, and progress reporting.">
  5. Troubleshoot access issues, subscription problems, or payment questions via Stripe.">
  6. Coordinate weekly group calls with health coaches, including planning the format and flow.">
  7. Set up Zoom links, send reminders, manage recordings, and post-call uploads.">
  8. Attend and administer all live Zoom sessions, including admitting participants from the waiting room, handling breakout room assignments, and monitoring chat and technical issues.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of experience managing operations for online programs, courses, or memberships.">
  • Strong Kajabi experience (or similar LMS).">
  • Confident using Descript, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, Typeform, and Stripe.">
  • Excellent English (spoken and written) communication skills.">
  • Extremely organized, with proven ability to manage time-sensitive weekly workflows.">
