Job Description

The Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in our organization, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless program execution.

This position involves setting up programs in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and synchronization with internal tools. Additionally, it requires updating programs with changes and maintaining accurate records between Salesforce and Gsuite.

The Account Coordinator will also collect and organize client deliverables, including landing pages, assets, and creative material from partners. Furthermore, they will perform QA on landing pages and submit edits before sending to clients.

They will also be responsible for delivering leads and reporting details to clients weekly as directed, as well as submitting, tracking, and delivering creative requests for campaign launch.

Another key responsibility is assisting with proposals by collecting and compiling quotes, templated slides, and other requested documents.

Moreover, the Account Coordinator will collaborate with Client Success on QBR/Renewals, working with internal operations and clients to collect necessary data for reporting.

Additionally, they will own recurring client report creation and updates to external dashboards.

They will run weekly reports and own dashboard updates for use in company standups.

Lastly, the Account Coordinator will respond promptly to all internal emails and requests.
