  • The Educational Program Director is responsible for coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

  • Maintains high operating standards including people, financial, and academic performance metrics.
  • Ensures the successful delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Meets operational excellence standards through efficient program management.
  • Provides virtual administrative support to operational teams.
  • Manages class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet productivity targets.
  • Coordinates virtual tutoring sessions.
  • Monitors students' academic progress and provides timely feedback.
  • Guarantees flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Manages time efficiently in compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Conducts regular conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust plans, and renew enrollments.
