As a Virtual Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and customer service. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team.

Job Description

We utilize a combination of specialized software, including QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and Freshdesk, to manage our finances and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile payments through Stripe and our proprietary system.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including following up on past due payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit cards in QuickBooks Online.
  • Process and record bills in QuickBooks.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
  • Handle payment-related customer service tickets.
  • Process refunds and manage billing disputes.
  • Monitor and update memorized transactions.
  • Process payroll.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
