Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal documentation, contract management, employment law, and business partnership.

As a Legal and Compliance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate governance documents, providing clear and actionable guidance on corporate structure, tax intersections, and jurisdictional considerations, and managing contract lifecycles.

You will work closely with external counsel to protect our company's interests and provide calm, strategic advice on resolving disputes efficiently. You will also support protection, management, and enforcement of our company's intellectual property, draft and review licensing and confidentiality agreements, and advise on employment contracts, disputes, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer, paralegal, compliance officer, or legal admin. Prior work in startups, BPOs, legal services, or international firms is preferred. Exposure to contract work, cross-border documentation, or research-heavy roles is an asset.
