This role is part of our Compliance Team, working closely with security measures to protect our platform from fraudulent activities while meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring live message content to prevent fraud, spam, and phishing attempts.
  • Detecting, reporting, and taking action against suspicious activity, including blocking malicious accounts.
  • Serving as a senior member of the Compliance function, producing processes and acting as a key point of contact.
  • Staying up-to-date on regulatory updates, sharing best practices across teams.
  • Onboarding, mentoring, and overseeing Compliance Specialists.
  • Developing internal knowledge articles and training materials related to Compliance and Monitoring.
  • Educating customers on content guidelines and responsible messaging.
  • Acting as an escalation point for compliance-related issues raised by customers or support teams.
  • Reporting on SLAs, analyzing performance, and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy to prevent disallowed content release and identify suspicious accounts.
  • Focusing on assessing message/account reviews holistically, considering immediate risks and long-term impacts.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and leaders about compliance/fraud/spam concerns and opportunities to improve processes.
  • Being proactive in recognizing patterns and providing guidance to enhance customer success.
  • Leading by example, proactively identifying gaps, initiating improvements, and mentoring peers.
