Compliance Operations Specialist

This role is for a meticulous professional to monitor and maintain advertising compliance, ensuring seamless operations. Working closely with the compliance specialist, the ideal candidate will be responsible for daily campaign oversight, issue logging, non-compliance identification, and manual checking.

  • Monitor third-party email campaigns, social media, and other advertising channels
  • Review emails and document compliance issues in tracking systems
  • Detect non-compliant activities and escalate as necessary
  • Conduct manual compliance checks to ensure accurate reporting and resolution

The Compliance Operations Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining tracking systems, consolidating duplicate publishers or aliases, logging email correspondence, and resolving automation workflow issues.

  • Maintain and update publisher contact information
  • Consolidate duplicate publishers or aliases within CRM systems
  • Log email correspondence with publishers and ensure records are up-to-date
  • Monitor and resolve issues in automated workflows
