Regional Business Director

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the overall business performance in a designated region, ensuring strategic alignment and driving revenue growth.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing regional business strategies to achieve corporate goals;
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION;
- Identifying market opportunities and expanding the company's presence in the region;
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to provide strategic recommendations;
- Oversight of financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost management;
- Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve business objectives;
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
The successful candidate will have a degree in business or a related field, +10 years of experience in managing sales and operations within the technology & telecommunications industry, a strong network of C-level contacts, and a solid understanding of digital solutions (Automation, testing, IT services). They should also be comfortable discussing both strategic business outcomes and technical details, possess strong leadership and decision-making skills, ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships, knowledge of the Manila market and its business landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
