Job Description

  • Generate revenue by winning accounts & signing large deals with new brands across Asia.
  • Plan and execute robust business growth strategies to achieve multi-million revenue targets.
  • Lead business development activities and develop new opportunities in existing and new clients.
  • Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including C-suites across different functions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms of engagement for new business and contract renewals.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to retain and expand the partnership

The Successful Applicant

  • Self-starter who can rapidly build new accounts - relationship-selling approach
  • B2B sales experience with a track record of winning large volume sales ($250k+ per sale) - this is essential to be considered for the role
  • Network of C-suite decision makers across APAC in Fortune 1000 companies and/or local conglomerates
  • Ability to travel regularly to build relationships towards regional deals
  • Background in the HR/Tech Consulting space is ideal
