
Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Insurance Services to join our team.
The successful candidate will oversee daily back-office operations, ensuring quality service and client satisfaction. They will also monitor client task activity and operational metrics, coaching teams for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with internal policies and client-specific security standards, driving innovation and process optimization, and managing onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and development plans.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and supporting new client onboarding and reporting needs.
Required skills and qualifications include a minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, team leadership, or client service, as well as strong skills in coaching, performance management, and stakeholder communication.
Preferred skills and experience include a background in talent engagement and retention strategy, exposure to innovation initiatives and service delivery models, and the ability to manage operational metrics and revenue targets.
