Job Description

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive business growth and music industry protection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with expertise in developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns.

The successful candidate will lead the creation and execution of online, offline, and on-ground activities that promote our brand and engage stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to ideation, creation, and implementation of innovative marketing materials.

You will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals and aspirations for the music industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that meet business objectives and promote music industry protection.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication of marketing activities and champion collaboration with partners to align objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between various teams and agencies to facilitate information exchange and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field. Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing preferably in media, fashion, e-commerce, or FMCG.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to spearhead multiple marketing activities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Must be energetic and creative to develop meaningful and impactful marketing materials.
  • Music enthusiast preferred.
