About the Job

Moxie is seeking a detail-driven Technical QA Specialist to ensure marketing assets, automation, and AI-powered deliverables are error-free, performance-ready, and on-brand. As part of our global, remote-first team, you'll play a critical role in scaling our operations without compromising quality or speed.

This demanding position requires auditing and validating hundreds of marketing tasks daily. You'll move quickly between ad reviews, automation checks, SEO audits, web link testing, and AI content QA.

You'll work closely with our U.S.-based team during night shift hours, collaborating with Marketing Coordinators, Copywriters, Designers, Developers, and Strategists. Maintain professional communication via Slack, Asana, and shared documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Asset & Workflow QA: Validate ad copy, images, targeting, URLs, and UTM parameters for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Audit logic, triggers, workflows, and delivery settings for GoHighLevel (GHL) Automations, Zapier Workflows, Google Business Profiles (GBP), Local SEO Elements, and Web Assets.
