Job Title:

Quality Assurance Tester

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to join our team.

About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for testing software systems and ensuring they meet client needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Test complex software systems in an agile development environment
  • Help plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures
  • Engage in requirements review or story refinement
  • Coordinate with all team members to ensure completion of test plans
  • Advocate for quality practices and ensure their implementation
  • Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing
  • Validate conformance to requirements and that acceptance criteria have been met
  • Escalate issues or obstacles appropriately and timely

Qualifications:

  • Solid work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the QA process and collaborating with Development teams
  • Must have basic knowledge of automation tools like Katalon
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task with several complex projects
