Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance standards and processes to drive continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular audits to evaluate agent performance and compliance with established protocols, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback to agents and management.

  • Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality and performance, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality-related processes and procedures, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and consistency across teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role in a BPO environment, with a strong background in quality analysis and process improvement.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

  • Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
