Software Quality Assurance Professional

Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to work alongside the language and localization manager. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality, efficient, and effective translation of platforms globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage localization projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to ensure timely completion.
  • Create and manage global multilingual content strategies to facilitate delivery of high-quality translations for platforms.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to stakeholders to understand translation workflows and utilize existing translation tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with product, development teams, and quality assurance to produce high-quality products and guarantee accessibility in all certified languages.
  • Oversee translation/language requests in the GAPS queue and work with cross-functional teams to close these tickets.
  • Maintain language-related pages to ensure updated information.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure highest standards of translation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to work varying schedules depending on business needs.
  • Fluency in one language other than English is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably with experience working in different countries/cultures.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors.
  • Self-motivated with high degree of initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Quick understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
