Job Overview

The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support for the ongoing management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer user access management to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain and update category tree/spend taxonomy updates to optimize spend data validation.
  • Oversee the central upload and validation of spend data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate and follow up on management information (MI) data requests to meet business needs.
  • Maintain and update the SharePoint site and landing pages to facilitate easy access to relevant information.
  • Manage the Project and Core Team calendar to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong digital acumen with experience in tools like SharePoint, Excel, and data management platforms.
  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
