Implementation Specialist

This role is a key position in our organization, requiring strong client-facing skills, technical proficiency, and a background in accounting or related fields.

  • Lead onboarding sessions with clients via Zoom calls, guiding them through the setup and configuration of our Real Estate Accounting & Recruiting tools.
  • Configure and train clients on commission structures, recruiting tool integrations, automation features, and troubleshooting issues.

We seek an Implementation Specialist to support our Real Estate Accounting & Recruiting tools. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with an accounting or back-office background who are eager to grow in a structured, metrics-driven, client-facing role.

The Implementation Specialist will guide clients through the setup and onboarding process, ensuring their commission splits, recruiting integrations, and back-office processes are configured and running smoothly.

This role involves:

  • Maintaining a multi-call cadence with clients to verify setup, confirm accuracy, and resolve questions.
  • Shadowing, learning, and progressively taking ownership of client calls and implementations after training.
  • Using structured SOPs, product documentation, and peer-reviewed case studies to support client needs.
