Job Summary

The Remote Front Office Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the hotel's Front Office team, enabling on-site receptionists to focus on guest-facing activities. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming reservation emails and online booking inquiries, processing bookings in the Property Management System (PMS) according to established procedures.
  • Complete daily reports such as Reservation Activity Reports and other internal checklists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to basic guest queries via email or other communication platforms, providing exceptional customer service support behind the scenes.
  • Assist with Night Audit preparation, reconciling daily takings and financial transactions, and supporting invoicing or preparing statements for corporate clients.
