Key Roles

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team.

  • Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations and support.
  • They will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, helping organizations leverage SFMC to deliver personalized and impactful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their marketing objectives, challenges, and current processes.
  2. Solution Design & Architecture: Design comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  3. Implementation & Configuration: Lead and/or support the hands-on configuration and implementation of SFMC modules.
  4. Optimization & Best Practices: Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize marketing automation and ROI within SFMC.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations and support.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, and analytics.
