Be a key player in bringing innovation to the cloud contact center software industry. As a Salesforce CPQ & NPI Specialist, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) processes within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong technical systems background and proven ability to work cross-functionally with GTM, Sales Operations, and Legal teams. Key responsibilities include owning and driving the NPI process, collaborating with various teams, configuring product catalogs, managing changes, and ensuring compliance with business and legal standards.

As a subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and NPI processes, you will provide guidance and best practices to cross-functional teams. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product setup, pricing, and CLM integrations is also an essential part of this role.

Required skills and qualifications include minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including at least 3 years specializing in Salesforce CPQ and NPI processes. Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce CPQ certifications are required, as well as demonstrated experience working with GTM, SalesOps, and Legal teams on product and pricing initiatives.
