We are seeking a seasoned Digital Solutions Professional to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and implementing model-driven, canvas and portal apps, flows, and virtual agents/bots on the Power Platform. They will also have extensive experience in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions in Azure, as well as working with Git and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing them to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing optimal solutions and producing high-level and detailed architecture artifacts to enable implementation and development activities
  • Collaborating with relevant IT Domain Architects to obtain guidance around existing design and architecture principles, standards, and non-functional requirements
  • Focusing on solution-level decisions and analyzing their impact on the existing IT environment while avoiding unnecessary technical debt
  • Escalating any barriers, dependencies, and risks with current or planned technical solutions and collaborating to mitigate those
  • Ensuring that the endorsed design is adhered to during implementation and build, and that there is no deviation by the delivery team
  • Ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability of design
  • Providing supervision and guidance to the development team
  • Supporting the squad in planning, scoping, budgeting, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Azure
  • Extensive experience in architecting and implementing model-driven, canvas and portal apps, flows, and virtual agents/bots
  • Extensive experience in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions in Azure
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines to manage application lifecycle using Azure DevOps
  • Considerable experience in application and data integration, including but not limited to enterprise iPaaS, API management, ETL/ELT, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • The ability to work both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • The ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (advantage)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (advantage)
