Job Description

Solve business problems by customizing the Salesforce platform.

Build, configure and automate technology solutions to deliver business value.

  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
  • Maintaining the sales cloud and building custom reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases.
  • Providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Preparing reports for sales and other departments.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Good command of English and Japanese language.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
