Key Responsibilities:
  • We seek an experienced professional to design, implement, and develop cutting-edge Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that enhance customer experiences.
  • This role involves crafting technical solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business needs, including campaign building, automation setup, data view configuration, and other projects requiring Marketing Cloud expertise.
  • The ideal candidate will leverage scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy), SQL, and data management capabilities to develop tailored solutions.
  • Cross-cloud development skills based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales/Service Clouds are also essential for this position.
  • This role requires proficiency in leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud API and integration capabilities to deliver seamless customer interactions.
  • The selected candidate will execute tasks related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, MobileConnect, Email Studio) or development activities.
  • Able to collaborate with business team members to discuss initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • This role entails testing, quality assurance, and peer review of developed solutions to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • The successful candidate will support the deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions from test to production environments.
  • Additionally, this role involves providing knowledge transfers and enablement to business team members as needed.


Required Qualifications:
  • We require at least 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, with expertise in designing and developing innovative solutions.
  • Any of the four Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred, but not mandatory. A strong background in marketing technology and vendors is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate should be familiar with marketing technology, capabilities, and vendors in the marketing landscape.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL is necessary for this role.
  • Experience working with Marketing Cloud SOAP and REST-based APIs is a must.
  • Proficiency in developing SQL and experience with RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle are required.
  • Familiarity with server-side web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols like AJAX and jQuery is beneficial.
  • Experience working with integrated development environments like MS Visual Studio is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Journey Builder, Analytics Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, MobileConnect, Email Studio, Web Studio, MC Connect is necessary.
  • Experience working with Sales and Service Clouds, particularly in leveraging data from these clouds in Marketing Cloud for personalization and dynamic content, is a requirement.
  • Good documentation skills are essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of security standards like TLS, SSL, and data encryption is a plus.
