Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing operational support to the CEO and Operations Manager, focusing on optimizing firm-wide operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of strategic initiatives and workflows.
  • Efficiently route inquiries to relevant departments and monitor timely resolution.
  • Track progress on departmental initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and improving workflows for maximum efficiency.
Client Services & Experience:
  • Ensure client communications are consistent and meet high standards of service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of service standards and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to proactively resolve client service issues.
Reporting & KPI Management:
  • Compile reports on firm-wide metrics, including operations and client services.
  • Support data analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Highlight delays, risks, or bottlenecks impacting departmental KPIs.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Proficiency in English is essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive support.
  • Proven ability to handle cross-departmental reporting and KPI tracking.
