Opportunity and Role Details

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection operations across the Asian region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness in collection processes.

Required Skills and Experience
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in credit and collections management, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and collection management, preferably within the Asian market.
  • Regional experience in the Asian market is highly desirable, with familiarity of regional business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage employees in various locations across Asia.
  • Experience integrating collection processes with ERP systems and generating reports to analyze collection performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
