Business Development Opportunity

This is a chance to work with a leading education technology player, the global leader in assessment and certification of professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business opportunities for Southeast Asia through direct sales and channel partnerships.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts.
  • Forge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers in language education and assessment.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to each country's unique language education landscape.
  • Ensure market penetration and brand awareness of certifications in both public and private sectors.
  • Participate in trade shows, language education events, and strategic forums across the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification is a plus).
  • 10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in the language testing, education, EdTech, or certification sectors.
  • Proven success in consultative B2B sales and partnership development.
  • Deep understanding of the language learning and assessment landscape in Southeast Asia, including key stakeholders, regulatory environments, and market trends.
  • Experience in working across diverse cultural contexts and multi-country portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (C2 level); proficiency in any major Southeast Asian language is a plus.
