Technical Lead - MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to lead our team of developers in building and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces and APIs.
  • Lead agile sprints, contribute to planning, code reviews, and testing.
  • Integrate and optimize AI tools and APIs to improve workflows and product functionality.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Japanese (written, spoken, and listening).
  • Solid experience with the MERN stack.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Experience working in remote and cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong understanding of Git and development best practices.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to AI/ML projects or experience integrating AI APIs.
  • Familiarity with Python, especially FastAPI for backend or service integration.
