Marketing Insights Expert

As a Marketing Insights Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving lifecycle marketing campaigns by leveraging precise audience segmentation, SQL-driven targeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns, including forecasting, audience segmentation, and post-campaign analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
  2. Develop and refine SQL queries to target non-loyalty consumer segments with precision, ensuring maximum campaign ROI.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Analyze campaign performance, provide timely updates during launches, and troubleshoot issues with data-informed solutions to optimize campaign outcomes.
  5. Create comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize campaign results, support A/B testing efforts, and contribute to the development of future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business or marketing analytics, with hands-on expertise in SQL (joins, CTEs, table creation) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting).
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  3. Proven ability to distill complex data sets into actionable insights, present findings clearly, and effectively communicate with stakeholders across departments.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating in fast-paced environments.
