Job Opportunity: Influencer Marketing Professional

We're seeking a skilled influencer marketing specialist to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This role involves creating marketing plans, sourcing talent, building partnerships, and overseeing campaigns. You will work closely with social media, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure seamless integration into broader marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and measurable KPIs.
  • Sourcing and engaging influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Managing campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Providing creative direction and reviewing influencer content to ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Analyzing performance data, generating reports, and optimizing future marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A creative and passionate mindset for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign innovation.
