  • Create influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives, brand goals, and measurable KPIs.
  • Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our brand, target audience, and campaign goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Use analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with social media, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure campaigns integrate seamlessly into broader marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
