Job Title: Digital Marketing Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing automated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, and driving lead nurturing programs.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing and enhancing Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs. They will also monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
