As a cloud engineer, you will be responsible for designing and provisioning cloud infrastructure. This includes building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. Ensuring the reliability and scalability of infrastructure is also crucial, which can be achieved by applying best practices in networking, security, and system architecture. Automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Pulumi is also essential.

You will troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues and participate in on-call support rotation if needed. Collaboration with development teams to containerize applications using Docker and deploy them using Kubernetes and Helm is also required.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (or AWS/Azure with willingness to work in GCP)
  • Solid knowledge of Linux systems and Bash scripting
  • Good understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, and cloud security practices
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
  • Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization
