We are hiring a Property Management Specialist / Officer to support day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, contract administration, and compliance tracking. If you are highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in real estate or property management, this role offers the opportunity to grow in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
  • Lead tenant onboarding, move-ins/outs, and ensure complete documentation
  • Monitor utility payments, dues, and collections; track compliance schedules
  • Coordinate maintenance and ensure timely repairs and preventive upkeep
  • Support occupancy by handling inquiries and assisting in property viewings
  • Maintain digital and physical records of contracts, payments, and compliance
  • Prepare property management reports (collections, tenant status, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Admin, Finance, and Executive teams for aligned operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations
  • Strong tenant relations and communication skills
  • Proficient in documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance tracking
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well across departments and handle multiple priorities
