Business Development Representative

We are seeking highly motivated Business Development Representatives to drive our expansion efforts and connect with potential clients who need professional security services.

This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying opportunities and setting appointments that lead to meaningful business relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and setting qualified appointments in B2B business development, sales, or appointment setting roles.

The selected candidates will be part of a dynamic team that is investing heavily in business development and provides the training, tools, and support needed to succeed in generating new business opportunities in the security services sector.

This role includes performance-based bonuses and offers the opportunity to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets.

About the Job
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team with potential clients needing security services
  • Conduct B2B outreach to businesses throughout California that could benefit from security solutions
  • Follow established company processes and standards for lead generation and client engagement
  • Collaborate with business development managers and team members to optimize results
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
  • BUILDING strong relationships with potential clients and closing deals
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects and converting them into customers
Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or appointment setting roles
  • Excellent communication skills for professional client outreach and relationship building
