Leadership Development Opportunity

This role offers fresh graduates the chance to accelerate their careers by learning from senior executives in a leading independent fuel company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending structured developmental activities such as on-site/virtual classroom sessions, site visits, job shadowing, immersion, and coaching/mentoring.
  • Participating in project development and/or evaluation individually or in groups.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders including fellow team members, work buddies, role owners, resource persons, mentors, and business leaders.
  • Performing data collection, analysis, and presentation/reporting to support performance outcome reviews.

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Graduating students, recent graduates, or professionals with less than one year of employment experience.
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Accountancy, Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to work and learn in a dynamic environment.
