We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Consumer Lending Team in Davao as Credit Officers. As a Credit Officer, you will ensure that verifications are thorough and complete, perform independent credit analysis, and make recommendations.

Job Description

  • Underwrite and decide on loan applications within delegated authority and service level standards.
  • Deliver required approvals to achieve business targets and financial goals.
  • Ensure risks and deviations are properly identified, mitigated, and escalated to the proper approving authority.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
  • Working knowledge of credit underwriting and analysis for consumer lending products.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
