About the Role

This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI teams solving safety challenges. You will be responsible for delivering complex AI-data projects on-time and on-budget, while ensuring quality meets client expectations.

As an AI Operations Manager, you will oversee end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building automated workflows.

You will need to have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows, lightweight scripting (Python), SQL, and dashboards.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience managing technical projects or operations in data, AI, or software domains.

You must have a proven record of delivering projects with distributed or remote-first teams and be comfortable translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Apart from the essential skills mentioned above, experience with MLOps, LLM-driven automation, or knowledge of security/compliance requirements in data operations would be beneficial.
