Job Responsibilities:
  1. Closely collaborate with the assigned Project Manager for scope tracking
  2. Gather and document IT Systems, Enhancements, and Features requirements
  3. Evaluate existing business solutions, identify requirements, and develop strategies to maximize opportunities
  4. Facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders
  5. Review business user documents as inputs to requirements gathering activities
  6. Write Business Requirements Documents for project development and testing phases
  7. Write Business Process Documents for business user references on post-implementation process changes
  8. Write Requirements Traceability Matrix to track and validate delivery of requirements and features
  9. Defect management with prompt turnaround of defects from reporting to verification, and closure
  10. Translate Business Requirements into test cases
  11. Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria for automated system testing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in performing Business Analysis in Software Engineering or Software Testing
  • Hands-on experience with Bug Tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla
  • Project lifecycle understanding, documentation, standards, and methodologies knowledge
  • Business Requirements, Business Process Documents, and Requirement Traceability Matrix writing experience
  • Process workflows definition and documentation experience for system implementation
  • Test plans, test cases, test execution, and test reporting experience
