Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst to play a key role in driving business growth and improving processes. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications, making recommendations to improve and support business activities. You will gather business requirements through various techniques such as workshops and interviews, analyze and document complex business requirements and processes, and communicate these requirements to appropriate parties.

You will create test case scenarios, monitor/oversee testing of business applications to verify client requirements are incorporated into the system design, and develop business requirements documents/user stories to support required modifications. Additionally, you may plan, allocate, and monitor the work of other business analysts, assisting in providing time estimates for project-related tasks and updating process/procedural documentation.

A basic understanding of technical development cycles is required, and you will support QA, UAT, and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc. Experience working in the insurance industry, preferably in Insurtech or health insurance, is necessary. A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field is also required, along with domain certification from INS/LOMA or III, if available.

  • Excellent organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes;
  • Experience in Agile and/or Scrum environments;
  • Technical writing skills to generate process documentation, documenting system functionality, data integration, and workflow;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
