JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate and collaborate with clients for import/export shipments
Plan shipment routes according to nature of goods, cost, transit time, and security
Work with carriers to schedule shipments, track shipment status and provide customers with status updates
Negotiates with foreign shipping interests to contract for reciprocal freight handling agreements.
Monitor the shipments from origin including carrier confirmation of loads, bookings and estimated time of arrival (ETA)
Create and audit for accuracy BLs, AWBs, or any transportation document required to move a shipment
Handle all Customs Documentation for consolidations in accordance with country-specific regulations
Arrange payment, insurance, and other charges or collect payment on clients behalf

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree , Custom Administration specializing in Tariff and Customs Laws Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
With at least 1-yr experience or knowledge in Shipping Lines/Logistics/Freight Forwarding
With good communication skills both oral and written
Computer literate, knowledgeable in MS Office Application
Applicants must be willing to report for work in Bacoor, Cavite
