We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies from suppliers to customers.
Eggs Unlimited is a leading global supplier of eggs, serving top retail and food manufacturing companies. Our organization facilitates the supply chain between sellers and buyers through fair market negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate shipping and receiving of products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
- Update records in our database.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and departments for timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipments for timely delivery and identify causes of delays.
- Utilize logistics management software to track shipments and schedules.
- Support logistical planning and implementation to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in logistics or a similar field, possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
